The NRG community minibus
A 17-seater minibus, free to use for the local community and charities. Here to help people get where they need to be.
As part of the business, NRG owns a 17-seater minibus that is free to use for the local community, in particular charities. Whether it is local or as far as Scotland, it is here to serve the community.
What to know before you book
A few sensible conditions so the bus stays available and safe for everyone who needs it.
Who it is for
The local community and charities. The one thing it cannot be used for is airport runs.
Where it can go
Local trips or as far as Scotland. If it helps the community get there, it is here for it.
The driver
Any nominated driver must be over 30 and hold a full UK driving licence with category D1.
Terms of use
You will receive a short terms of use document to read and sign, supported by the driver's full UK licence.
Giving back
We ask for a voluntary donation to the Carli Lansley Foundation and Life Community Church in Ashingdon.
How to enquire
Email Nick and we will send the terms of use and check availability for your dates.
Need the minibus?
Drop Nick an email with your dates and what it is for. You will receive the terms of use document, which needs to be supported by a full UK driving licence, with any nominated driver over 30 and holding D1.
for the community
Proud sponsors of Rochford Town FC
NRG Landscaping sponsors our local team, Rochford Town FC, who capped a superb 2026 with a double, winning the Essex County Cup and earning promotion to the FA Division 4.
Supporting the team is one of the things we are proudest of, and it is a real part of being rooted in the community we work in.
The charities we support
Alongside the minibus and the football, we put our name and our support behind causes close to us, including the Carli Lansley Foundation, Life Community Church in Ashingdon, Prostate Cancer UK, the Samaritans and Compassion.
Citizen of the Year nominee
In February 2026, our Managing Director Nick Green was nominated for Citizen of the Year by Rochford District Council, put forward by leading local political representatives in recognition of his work in the community.
