Where practical to do so we will carry out a site inspection to establish the full scope of works to enable us to provide you with an all encompassing cost for the works being undertaken which will be fixed for 30 days from date of quotation. We will use our QBO system to generate quotations which will be issued via email and the same system will generate order acknowledgements and invoices on completion of the works with payment required within 14 days of completion. The fixed price will be subject to no changes during the works but if these do happen which all to often within the domestic sector do then we will notify you of any associated uplift in cost against the agreed and quoted sum.
We can provide day rates on request but these will vary from trade to trade so typical a day rate for a low skilled activity such as basic landscaping will be less than the cost for skilled activities such as carpentry. As a rule we will not carry out works on a day by day basis as this is very difficult to control and with external works can be affected by weather conditions. Our preference will always be to provide a fixed price, lump sum costs including all labour and materials.
Although we do have an office based in the founders rear garden we believe that we can provide very competitive costs as we do not own or pay rent on offices from a third party. Our founder and Managing Director, Nick Green has been in the construction industry for over 40 years and is a strong believer in collaboration and cooperation as well as ensuring that a high level of quality is maintained whatever the works entail from gardening to property development.

Statement from Nick Green
I started this company in 2024 and have a strong team around me which is key to not only the success of the business but also to ensure an excellent level of services to all our clients. With 40 years of service in construction and 25 years of that as a Project Manager I know the importance of customer satisfaction and will aim to see all of NRG Landscaping Services Limited's customers at some point in time during the execution of the works. We pride ourselves in quality and competitive costs and on this basis we aim to carry out 40% of our works based on recommendation by 2027. We are very much a paperless business which is why we use the QBO system and fully compliant with ESG and HSE with our own H & S Manager, Dave Hall. Our finances are managed by 3P Accountants, namely Chris Humpage and our Media by Sajan Patel who is a close friend of mine. With these key people who I've known for a combined period of over 100 years I can provide a service that I can be proud of and have no hesitation in stated that we ARE as good as our last job
